“I have been incredibly blessed in my career,” said Barber, “and I feel called to use my experience to give back. I have a heart for working with young people who are navigating major challenges in their lives. I created Me Today You Tomorrow to help spread the message that no matter where you come from or what obstacles you face, you have God-given potential, and with faith, determination, and the right support, you can overcome anything.”

As Barber embarks on this new journey, he reflects with gratitude on his time at H&E Equipment Services and the many meaningful relationships built along the way. Beyond building an incredibly successful company, our leadership team and nearly 3,000 employees have made a lasting impact in the communities we call home.”

Brad remains deeply committed to making a difference, not only through Me Today You Tomorrow but also by supporting numerous organizations, including the Huntsman Mental Health Foundation, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Set Free Indeed Ministry, and various universities and churches. He continues to reside in Louisiana, where he is dedicated to serving and uplifting the communities he touches.
